Essentials of Face Fitness + Core Practice class is designed to prepare you for our Gentle – Mind to Face Connection class.
The first part of this class is designed give you step by step guidance as a newcomer or freshening up your skills. The second portion is a core practice, where we will practice the poses as a continuous flow.
Whether you’re new to face fitness or refreshing your technique, this is the perfect place to start. Beginners will learn step by step how to relax facial muscles and practice poses that target the jaw, mouth, cheeks, and forehead. Experienced face yogis will refine their habits, discover new muscle awareness, and deepen their practice with greater control.
At the end of class, there will be time for questions— feel free to type in the chat during the session, or raise your hand for an instant response.
✨ What to bring: Arrive with freshly cleansed skin and apply little to no moisturizer for best results.
